I hope everyone had a fantastic 4th of July yesterday! We had big plans to spend the weekend at the beach...but with Danny's crazy work schedule, it just wasn't in the cards. We ended up having a great time at home, though.
We didn't do much during the day....just kind of relaxed and got some things done around the house.
We went into Dollar General and got Ruston a little blow up pool that looks like a whale. He and I splashed around for a while. We didn't snap any pictures this time, but we will!
We came back inside and danced around the house for a while, before heading over to my Dad's house. We had a yummy dinner and Ruston got to eat some chicken, baked potato and green beans!
We caught a few fireworks from my Dad's driveway, but we ended up sitting in the back of my car at the feed store, watching the show from Southside Market.
Sweet baby wasn't scared at all. :)
