My district gives us the whole week of Thanksgiving off and we didn't want to waste a second of it. The Friday we got out of school, we went to a Campaign Rally at the city park.
We were having a great time! Eating hotdogs and sausage wraps, getting a massage, playing with Play-doh, walking on the train tracks, dancing, spinning in circles....until we spun right into a concrete bench!
Poor baby thought it would be funny to spin with his hat covering his face. We went and got him checked out with the EMT crew, and headed home. We had to stick him in the bathtub to finally be able to clean it off.
The next morning was little Ainsley's first birthday party. Ruston forgot about his pain for a while and had a great time playing trucks with Mason.
And who doesn't love a ball pit? :)
Birthday girl loved her cupcake cake!
Blythe got in on the ball action too, but she wasn't interested in looking at the crazy lady with the camera.
That afternoon Nana came for a visit. Ruston always loves her cuddles!
Pops and Mo came over to hang out for the night and brought Ruston a cheeseburger. He LOVES happy meals! :)
Danny and I went out to the Domain for Scott's birthday!
We had dinner at Gloria's and then went to Cru.
Monday night we went over to Amy's house for dinner. The kids put on a little rock show for us. McKenzie was singing her heart out, but kept hiding behind the chair!
The rest of the week was a little more relaxed and calm. So thankful that we have so many great friends that keep us busy. :)
